• Online health and fitness assessment and phone or video consultation to discuss your tailored program. Follow up assessment every six weeks. 
• Monitored tracking including online health and fitness assessment, photos, body weight and measurements with the availability of two 15 minute video catch up per month to discuss progress and check form on exercises.
• Email and SMS support for technical issues or health and fitness based questions
• Nutritional analysis and ongoing nutritional guidance.
