A: No if you give us 12 hours notice we can move you into another session

A: Yes you are free to change from one membership to another at any time.

A: Yes, we give 4 weeks suspension time each year.
Q: What if I need to be on hold for a longer period?
A: You can go on hold for longer periods but we can't guarantee that we can hold your preferred time slot after you have had 4 weeks in one year.

A: Yes, you just need to give us at least 12 hours. this gives us time to organise someone else to take your place in that session.
Q: If I have cancelled my session within 12 hours can I reschedule it to another time?
A: Yes, If you have cancelled with in the 12 hours, you have 2 weeks to reschedule a make up session.
Q: Will I be fit enough to keep up with the group I'm in if I'm a beginner?
A: Yes. each person within a group works at their own level. You will be surprised at how quickly your fitness will improve.
Q: What if I have an injury? will group training still work for me?
A: Yes, we adapt the workout to your needs. it usually just means we need to substitute one or two exercises for you. We also like to work in with your physio or allied health specialist if you have any specific needs.
Q: I want to loss some weight, can Astute Fitness help me with that?
A: Yes we can give you tips on healthy eating. For most people it's just a matter of a few small adjustments to their diet.
Q: I'm thinking of entering a fun run but need help with a training plan. Can Astute Fitness help with this?
A: Yes, We can help design training plans for fun runs, triathlons or other sporting events. this is an area that Daryl has extensive background in. he has been involved in triathlon for over 10 years and has competed seven Ironman 70.3 triathlons.

A: Yes, that is one of our specialties, Daryl has over 35 years of strength training experience and currently holds two Australian Drug free Powerlifting Association rerecords. He has also won numerous state and national titles.
